Due to an unforeseen medical situation, the upcoming shows at Cache Creek Casino Resort have unfortunately been cancelled. As he has posted on social media, Tyler underwent a successful follow-up procedure on his brain and his doctors feel it is in his best medical interests to spend time recovering. Tyler will be 100% ok and is very much looking forward to being back on tour and returning to Cache Creek Casino Resort in the future.
