Tier Credits are earned by using your Cache Club card while gaming and making purchases at restaurants, retail outlets, and the hotel. Tier Credits are earned Jan 1 - June 30, and July 1 - Dec 31.

Earning and Redeeming Cache Comps
Cache Comps are earned by using your Cache Club card while gaming and making purchases at restaurants, retail outlets, and the hotel. Cache Comps can only be redeemed toward non-gaming purchases, like spa, golf, hotel, restaurants, and retail outlets.
You can view your available Cache Comp balance at any promotional kiosk, on the Cache Creek Casino Resort app, or online at mycachecreek.com.
THE RULES
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Only members listed on the Cache Club account may receive account information or engage in any transaction relating to an account.
- Cache Club cards, Points, Tier Credits, Cache Comps, promotions, and rewards are non-transferable.
- Accounts that remain inactive after 12 months are subject to cancellation with elimination of Points and benefits.
- When playing slots, it is your responsibility to ensure that your Cache Club card is accepted in the machine when inserted.
- On table games, it is your responsibility to give your card to a table games employee for rating at each game.
- Tier Credits are used to determine your membership tier level and hold zero redeemable value.
- Possessing a Cache Club card is a privilege granted by Cache Creek Casino Resort and may be revoked or canceled at any time, including loss of Points, Tier Credits, Cache Comps, or promotional items.
- Management of Cache Creek Casino Resort reserves the right to adjust any Point, Tier Credit, or Cache Comp balance resulting from malfunction, operator errors or any other reason it deems valid.
