  • What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?

    Hotel reservation cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance in order to avoid fees.

    Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. For special accommodation requests or suite upgrades, check-in may be delayed to best serve your needs.
  • How far in advance I can make my hotel reservation?

    You can book your reservation 60 days out through our website.

  • How do I get information about room pricing and availability?

  • Do you offer special Group Rates for hotel rooms?

    We offer special Group Rates when booking 10 or more rooms per night during Monday-Thursday dates (non-holiday).
  • Can I ship my package prior to my arrival?

    In the event you will be shipping packages to CCCR, you must notify CCCR at least one week in advance by emailing [email protected] and provide tracking information. CCCR will accept shipments no earlier than three (3) days prior to arrival date.

Gaming

  • How do I sign up for a Cache Club membership?

    Guests can sign up at the Cache Club. A valid form of government issued ID, military ID or passport is required.
  • Do I get anything for signing up for a Cache Club membership?

    New members get $20 in Bonus Play and a chance to win up to an additional $100 in Bonus Play.
  • What are the benefits of having a Cache Club membership?

    As a member you will be able to earn Points when you play and use those Points at any of our restaurants, spa, shops, hotel, entertainment venue and golf course. You also have the chance to earn Bonus Play and other promotional offers via mail. Please visit https://www.cachecreek.com/membership-benefits to learn more about our membership benefits.
  • How do I earn Points?

    Points can be earned while actively wagering on a slot machine while your club card is inserted. Points can also be earned on table games after you've presented your club card to a table game supervisor.
  • How many Points do I earn for $1 of play?

    For each dollar played at a slot machine, you receive 1 Point. Some exceptions apply.
  • How do I redeem Points?

    Points may be redeemed at any of our resort outlets by using the PIN number associated with your Cache Club account. 
  • What can I use my Points for?

    Points can be redeemed at our Mini Mart for gas, restaurants, spa, shops, hotel, and concert venue. You can also convert your Points to Bonus Play. Insert your players card into any slot machine and press the Point Play button to get started!
  • Do my Points expire?

    Yes, Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
  • How can I check my Bonus Play and Points balance?

    On your MyCacheCreek account and on the Cache Creek mobile app.
  • How do I create a PIN for my Cache Club account?

    You may create a secure PIN at our Cache Club counter by showing a Cache Club representative your valid ID. Please protect your PIN as club rewards and Points are non-transferable. 
  • Can I change my address over the phone?

    Yes, there is a three-part verification process in order to change it over the phone. Alternatively, you can stop by the Cache Club in person (valid photo I.D. is required.)
  • How do I get my Win/Loss Statement?

    Win/Loss statements can be printed from your MyCacheCreek account. They can also be requested via mail or fax in person at the Cache Club counter.
  • Is Cache Creek a non-smoking casino?

    There is a non-smoking area located near the Sports Page Pub and Grill.
  • How do I get Bonus Play?

    Bonus Play is earned by using your Cache Club card. You can also convert your Points to Bonus Play by pressing the Point Play button at any slot machine. The staff at the Cache Club can provide you with more information.
  • What denomination machine do we offer?

    Denominations range from a penny to $500, depending on the machine. We also have some multi-denomination machines.
  • Do you have High Limit machines?

    We have a High Limit Slot room, featuring approximately 160 slot machines with denominations of $1, $5, $10, $25 $100 and $500.
  • How many slot machines do you have?

    We currently have over 2,000 slot machines.
  • Do I need my ID to play at Cache Creek?

    Valid photo identification is required everywhere on property.
  • Are poker tables available?

    Poker is currently unavailable, but we will be revealing a new room soon!
  • What is your minimum on Blackjack?

    Our Blackjack table minimum is regularly at $15.
  • What is your table minimum/maximum in High Limit?

    We offer a variety of table minimum/maximum wagers in our High Limit rooms. The lowest minimum available is $50, while the highest maximum available is $25,000.
  • Do we have Roulette/Craps?

    We offer Craps and Roulette themed card games called Cache Creek Craps and Cache Creek Roulette. While these games vary from traditional Vegas style Craps and Roulette (all outcomes are determined by cards) our tables have the same odds and level of excitement for our guests. Our Dealers and Supervisors will be happy to help you understand the differences and make sure you have an exceptional experience.

Resort

  • What is your mask policy?

    Face coverings will be required for everyone regardless of vaccination status. Masks with vents, gaiter masks, and bandanas or scarves are not permitted.
  • Do you require proof of vaccination to enter the resort?

    No, not at this time.
  • Do you have public Wi-Fi?

    Yes, we have free public Wi-Fi called CCCR-GUEST.
  • Do you allow pets on property?

    Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are the only pets allowed on property.
  • How old do you need to be to visit Cache Creek?

  • Does Cache Creek charge for parking?

    No, parking is complimentary through valet, garage, and lots.
  • Do you have RV and tour bus parking?

    RV and tour bus parking is located in the F Lot just past the Fire Department building. There are no hook-ups available.
  • Do you have electric car chargers in your parking lots?

    We have 11 charging stations: 2 in the Jade parking lot on the 2nd floor of the parking garage (one is Tesla), 7 in general parking on the 2nd floor of the parking garage (two are Tesla), and 2 in valet.
  • What is there to do in the surrounding areas?

  • What is the nearest airport to Cache Creek?

    Sacramento International Airport (SMF) is a 40 minute drive to/from Cache Creek.
  • Does Cache Creek have tour buses?

  • Does Cache Creek offer a shuttle service?

    Yes, we offer shuttle service to and from our Yocha Dehe Golf Course and throughout the casino property.
  • Where can I pick up my giveaway item?

    Giveaway gifts are available for pick up on the right hand side of the The Sports Page Pub & Grill restaurant.
  • Do you offer scooter rentals?

    We do not offer scooter rentals, but we offer complimentary wheelchair rentals at the front desk.
  • Do you have a fitness center?

    The fitness center is located in the South Tower Hotel on the 5th floor. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to use facilities.
  • When are the pools open?

    Both the North Pool and South Pool are open 9am-10pm daily.
  • Are your pools family-friendly?

    The North Pool is exclusive to adults only. You must be 21 or older to enter. Guests of all ages (including minors) are allowed in the South Pool, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Are pool passes available for non-hotel guests?

    No, our pools are for hotel guests only.
  • How much are the Cabanas?

    Hotel Guests can reserve Cabanas in advance by calling the Hotel Front Desk at 530-796-5820.

  • How many holes does the golf course have?

    The Yocha Dehe Golf Course has 18 championship golf holes with five sets of tee boxes to accommodate all skill levels
  • How do I make a tee time?

    Online at https://yochadehegolfclub.com/ or you can call 530-796-4653. If you are staying at the resort, please be sure to mention that you will be a resort guest upon booking.
  • Do you offer rental clubs?

    Callaway rental sets are $40 each and come with 6 Callaway golf balls.
  • Do you offer golf lessons?

    Lessons start at $80 per hour, and packages are available as well. Call Chris Sheffield, Head Golf Professional, at 530-796-5802
  • What comes with my round of golf?

    A round of golf includes a golf cart, plus range and practice area access. Our golf carts feature luxury seats, chrome rims, GPS yardages, and a USB port for charging your phone or device.
  • Do you have any food and beverage options available at the golf course?

    Bahtenta restaurant is located inside the clubhouse. It is open daily from 10:30am until last golfer during the summer months, and 11am until last golfer during winter months. We also have a full service snack bar with breakfast options and complimentary coffee before the round, as well as pre-made food options available at the turn. Beverage carts are on the golf course as well.
  • Do you have locker room/shower facilities?

    Yes, we have free lockers and showers in the locker rooms.
  • How early should I show up for my tee time?

    It is recommended to show up one hour in advance of your tee time.
  • How long does a typical round of golf take?

    Our “Time Par” is 4 hours and 29 minutes, meaning our standard is to finish at 4:29 or faster, but rarely slower.
  • What are your rates to play golf?

    Call 530-796-4653 for current pricing. Hotel guests receive 20% off these rates.
  • Does Cache Creek have space for weddings, catering, meetings and other events?

  • Do you require a deposit to rent our meeting/event spaces?

    Yes, a site fee is required to reserve your space. This fee can vary depending on the type of event and the duration of the rental.
  • Is there a limit on how long the event room can be used?

    Yes, but the limit can vary depending on the type of event being booked.
  • If I cancelled my hotel room, does that automatically cancel my Spa appointment?

    No, you must call the Spa directly to cancel your appointment at 530-796-5860
  • Do you do prenatal massages?

    Yes, but you must be past your first trimester.
  • What do you get with a Spa Day Pass?

    With a Day Pass you will have access to all amenities in the Spa. This includes the sauna, steam room, whirlpool and the outside pool. Day Passes are issued based on availability; please call the Spa the morning of to see if we will be offering them.
  • When I have a hotel room does that include anything in the Spa?

    No, you would just have access to the outside pool.
  • What are the hours of operation at The Séka Hills Olive Mill and Tasting Room?

    Wednesday-Sunday, 11am-5pm
  • Where is The Séka Hills Olive Mill and Tasting Room located?

    19326 County Road 78 in Brooks, CA - just past Cache Creek Casino Resort on the left hand side of Highway 16.
  • What do you offer at The Séka Hills Olive Mill?

    The Séka Olive Mill and Tasting Room showcases the agricultural bounty of the region and is a destination for artisan goods and delicious locally sourced fare. Guided tours and tastings offer visitors a chance to experience the growing line of fine agricultural products from the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation that now includes olive oils, wines, honey, beef jerky, seasoned nuts and pickled asparagus.
  • Do you serve food at The Séka Hills Olive Mill?

  • How do I buy show tickets?

    You can purchase tickets on our Entertainment page, or by calling 800-514-3849
  • What will the concert experience be like in the new Event Center?

    The Events Center will provide a modern concert experience with state-of-the-art sound, lighting and video, all in an intimate setting of approx. 1,400 seats.

  • What other activities will occur in the new Event Center?

    In addition to the top-notch touring entertainment, the Events Center will be an ideal venue for boxing, MMA, game shows, interactive and corporate events.

  • What is happening in the former showroom space?

    The space formerly known as Club 88 is now Elevate Lounge, a modern bar/lounge area perched above the casino floor. Features include intimate seating, bar top gaming, multiple televisions, slot machines, and a stage for live music and casino promotions.

  • How do I stay informed about future shows?

Dining

  • Do you take dining reservations?

    Reservations can be made at C2 Steakhouse by calling 530-796-5704. You can also make reservations at Chang Shou by calling 530-796-5707.
  • Can points be used to pay for dining?

    Yes, just give your Cache Club card to the cashier and enter your PIN when it’s time to pay to redeem your points.
  • Is there a corkage fee if I bring my own wine?

    Yes, the corkage fee is $15 per bottle.
  • Can we bring our own cake?

    Yes, but there is a cake cutting fee of $2 per person.
  • How large of a group can you accommodate in your restaurants? Do you have a private room?

    Currently we have three restaurants (C2, Chang Shou, and Canyon Café) that can accommodate groups up to 15. Chang Shou and C2 have private rooms per request.   • Can children dine in any of the restaurants at Cache Creek Casino Resort?

    You must be 21 years of age to enter the facility, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Anyone under the age of 21 is considered a minor. Minors are not allowed on the casino floor or spa and are only allowed in non-gaming areas when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Minors are not allowed to attend any entertainment venues. Minors are not be unattended at any time or for any reason.
  • Is Harvest Dining Hall still a buffet?

    No, we are a sit down restaurant. You place your order at the host stand and we’ll seat you. The salad bar and dessert station are self-serve. Your server will bring out your main dish.  
  • Can I bring outside food or beverages and eat in one of the restaurants?

    Outside foods and beverages are not allowed in any of our restaurants.
