Yes, please visit https://www.cachecreek.com/bus-schedule for information and pickup locations.
Our Box Office opens 3 hours before showtime and is located at the Event Center entrance.
Tickets for all Event Center shows are available through Etix online at cachecreek.com/entertainment. Cache Creek only sells tickets through this site; all other sites are considered 3rd party.
If there are still tickets available to purchase on the day of the event, you may purchase them in person at the box office. Some shows sell very quickly and do not always have tickets available on the day of the show, so we suggest you buy tickets ahead of time.
Guests attending a show with a service animal may purchase Accessible Seats or coordinate with our team to secure standard seating that accommodates both the guest and their service animal. Per Cache Creek Casino Resort policy, a Service Animal is defined as a dog individually trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities. Dogs in training are not recognized as Service Animals and will not be admitted.
