Are Cache Creek Casino Resort Guests required to wear masks?
Yes, all guests are required to have a mask in order to enter and must wear it unless actively eating, drinking, or smoking.
What precautionary measures are in place?
- Temperature screening with non-invasive thermal camera technology upon entry for all guests and employees. Anyone with temperature readings of 100 degrees or higher will not be permitted entry.
- Protective masks or face coverings are required for all guests and employees.
- Increased cleaning and sanitization protocols.
- Increased hand sanitization stations and sanitizing wipes available in the casino.
- Gaming positions have been reduced, where necessary to promote social distancing.
- All restaurants and amenities will have strict occupancy limitations.
- COVID-19 and PPE training for employees.
- Continued evaluation of the need for adjusted protocols.
Will my monthly offers, from before the closure be honored?
Expired offers will not be re-issued however; we have issued new offers to qualified players with new valid dates.
Will my monthly offers be negatively impacted since I could not visit during the closure?
The time period of our temporary closure has been removed from our qualification criteria for June monthly offers so that it did not impact our guest offers. Guests wishing to ask questions regarding their monthly offers should contact us at comments@cachecreek.com
Will my Cache Club card tier be negatively impacted by the closure?
No, players will maintain their current tier status until the next evaluation period concludes.
Do qualified guests still receive double bonus play on Mondays?
No. In an effort to promote social distancing through reduced crowds, we have indefinitely suspended Double Bonus promotions.
Is Cache Creek having Senior Day on Thursdays?
No. Due to the nature of this promotion, we have made the decision to suspend it indefinitely.
Is Cache Creek having Military Days on Wednesdays?
We are continuing our Military Days promotion, however - in an effort to spread our crowds to promote social distancing, our Military Promotion has been moved to Thursdays.
What casino promotions are taking place in June?
THURSDAYS: MILITARY DAY
Cache Club members with who are active or retired military, with a valid government issued military identification or DD214, can receive $20 in Bonus Play every Thursday.
FRIDAYS & SATURDAYS: $900,000 DROP & DRIVE
Receive one entry for every 250 points earned during the promotional period. Earn double entries on Thursdays. Each Friday & Saturday two winners will be drawn hourly between 3pm and 9pm. Each winner will receive three game balls to drop into the Drop & Drive Machine. The accumulated cash total of all 3 values is the winner's prize. At 10pm 1 GRAND PRIZE winner will be drawn to receive 1 game ball to drop into the Drop & Drive Machine. For this round,our prize amounts are massively increased. This winner will receive $5,000, $15,000 or a brand new Mini Cooper!

We are pleased to honor any voucher you were unable to redeem. Please see the casino cashier for assistance.
