Starting January 1, 2026, the IRS W-2G jackpot reporting threshold will rise from $1,200 to $2,000 according to new federal guidelines

What does this mean for you?
You will receive a W-2G tax form for jackpots of $2,000 or more.
Wins under $2,000 will no longer require tax reporting (you get to keep more of your winnings).
This change reduces paperwork and elevates your gaming experience with us.

We are entering a transition period and updating our systems to reflect the new change from $1,200 to $2,000. During this time, any winnings between $1,200 and $1,999.99 may still require a hand pay, but no federal taxes will be withheld.
