Details & Rules:

• Non-invited guests who earn 2,000 Points playing table games or slot machines may come to the giveaway desk to redeem a giveaway item during the same promotional period Points are earned. Guests will earn Points towards the Earn & Get gift on designated Wednesdays from 6:00AM – 11:59PM. Points must be earned the same calendar day; Points do not rollover from the previous day.
• Earn & Get guests are limited to the first 200 guests to redeem or if all gifts have been distributed, whichever occurs first.
• Invited guests cannot earn a second gift. All guests are limited to one item each week.
• Invited guests will redeem each week between 6:00AM Tuesday through 11:59PM Wednesday.
• Guests will swipe at one of the promotions kiosks and be provided with a receipt to redeem their gift. Once they have collected their receipt, they will take it to the giveaway desk to make their redemption.
• Guests will redeem at the giveaway desk or if staffing issues arise, at the Cache Club.
• Distribution dates are as follows:
  • Week 1: 4/07/2026 – 4/08/2026
  • Week 2: 4/14/2026 – 4/15/2026
  • Week 3: 4/21/2026 – 4/22/2026
  • Week 4: 4/28/2026 – 4/29/2026
• Items to be distributed are as follows: one (1) Brookstone 10pc Glass Food Storage Set - Sage, one (1) Brookstone 5-Compartment Round Bamboo Serving Platter with Lid and Carrying Handle, one (1) Brookstone Revolving Spice Rack with Jars, and one (1) Brookstone 12pc Ultimate Chopper/ Slicer.
• If a guest has a broken or damaged item, they may bring it back to the Cache Club and when possible, we can replace it. WE WILL ONLY REPLACE PRODUCT UP TO 1 WEEK AFTER THE PROMOTION ENDS.
• Please keep track of how many broken items you receive during your shift and how many broken items you replace for guests. Please include this information with your shift giveaway receipts that you turn in.
• Please note that we will only give away items during the four-week period that is stated on the giveaway dates above. Also, a makeup week is not advertised on the invitation for this giveaway.
• If all items are distributed before the end of the promotional period, invited guests will receive $25 Bonus Play as an alternate gift. To redeem their Bonus Play, guests must still swipe at a promotions kiosk and click the Continuity Gifting icon. The invitation states that supplies are very limited and based on availability.
• If a guest printed out their receipt prior to the complete distribution of items but did not pick up an item, they may go to the Cache Club or Gifting Area and have their receipt voided and the alternate gift of $25 Bonus Play loaded onto their account.
• We will not give out rain checks for this giveaway. This is also stated on the invitation.
• Guests must present valid ID and Cache Club card to redeem.
• Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
• Participants must be Cache Club members.
• Taxes will be withheld pursuant to IRS guidelines if applicable.
• Points, prizes, and participation are non-transferable.
• Each participant must present their valid government-issued ID before participating in any game or claiming any prize.
• Winners understand that their photographs may be taken and used for advertising, press, and promotional purposes. Participation in the promotion implies consent for the use of these photographs by Cache Creek Casino Resort.
• Any disputes associated with the promotion shall be handled under the guidelines set out in the Cache Creek Casino Resort Patron Dispute Policy.
• Management reserves all rights.
