Details & Rules:

• Must be a Cache Club member to participate. 
• Cache Club members receive one (1) drawing ticket for every wheel spin won via the Red Dragon BSX bet exclusively in the High Limit Baccarat room during the designated promotional period.  
• Cache Club members playing in the High Limit Baccarat room will earn drawing tickets for the hourly drawings from 12:00AM January 5 – 11:59PM January 30, 2026.  
• CCCR staff will fill out the required player information on the drawing ticket and drop it into the raffle drum located in the High Limit Baccarat room.  
• On Saturday, January 31, 2026, one (1) winner will be drawn every hour between 12:00PM – 10:00PM. 
• The confirmed winner will win $5,000 cash. 
• In the event that the selected winner does not report to claim their prize, we will redraw to select a winner a maximum of two (2) times. If the prize still has not been claimed after the two (2) redraws, the hourly prize will be added to the Grand Prize drawing. 
• Winners are limited to winning once per day for the hourly drawings, but all qualified guests are eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. 
• If a guest is disqualified for the hourly drawing due to previously winning an hourly drawing, that disqualification does not count toward the two (2) redraws. 
• Grand Prize drawing tickets will be earned only on January 31, 2026, from 8:00AM – 10:30PM, for every wheel spin won via the Red Dragon BSX bet exclusively in the High Limit Baccarat room.  
• The Grand Prize drawing will take place at 11:00PM. 
• At 11:00PM, one (1) winner will be drawn. 
• The verified Grand Prize winner will receive a base prize of $25,000 cash, plus any additional unclaimed prizes from the hourly drawings.  
• In the event that twenty-four (24) redraws take place and a Grand Prize winner is not confirmed the prize will be forfeit. 
• Participants must be 21 years of age or older. 
• Participants must be Cache Club members. 
• Taxes will be withheld pursuant to IRS guidelines if applicable. 
• Points, prizes, and participation are non-transferable. 
• Each participant must present their valid government-issued ID before participating in any game or claiming any prize.  
• Each drawn winner will have five (5) minutes to report to the drawing location with a valid government-issued photo ID. If the guest does not report to the drawing location within five (5) minutes, additional name(s) will be drawn until a winner is confirmed, or until the maximum amount of redraws have taken place. 
• Winners understand that their photographs may be taken and used for advertising, press, and promotional purposes. Participation in the promotion implies consent for the use of these photographs by Cache Creek Casino Resort. 
• Any disputes associated with the promotion shall be handled under the guidelines set out in the Cache Creek Casino Resort Patron Dispute Policy. 
• Management reserves all rights.
