Details & Rules:

• Guests receive one (1) drawing entry for every W2G taxable jackpot won exclusively in the High Limit Slots room between 12:00 AM on October 1 and 6:00 AM on November 6, 2026, for hourly entries, and one (1) raffle ticket for every W2G taxable jackpot won exclusively in the High Limit Slots room on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM, for the grand prize.
• Guests must swipe at any promotions kiosk on the day of the drawing, between 11:00 AM and 10:00 PM, to claim their hourly entries.  
• Resort staff will collect the required player information and drop the grand prize raffle ticket into the raffle drum at its designated location on the day of the grand prize drawing.
• On Saturday, November 7, 2026, one (1) winner will be drawn every hour between 1:00 PM and 10:00 PM to win $5,000, if confirmed.
• On Saturday, November 7, 2026, one (1) grand prize winner will be drawn at 11:00 PM to win $25,000 plus any additional unclaimed prizes from the hourly drawings, if confirmed.  
• If the selected winner does not report within five (5) minutes to claim the prize, a redraw will occur. If the hourly prize has not been claimed after two (2) redraws, it will be added to the grand prize drawing.
• The grand prize will be forfeited if twenty-four (24) grand prize redraws occur and no winner is confirmed.
• Winners are limited to one confirmed win per day in the hourly drawings, but all guests are eligible for the grand prize drawing.
• Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
• Participants must be Cache Club members.
• Taxes will be withheld pursuant to IRS guidelines if applicable.
• Points, prizes, and participation are non-transferable.
• Each participant must present their valid government-issued ID before participating in any game or claiming any prize.  
• Each drawn winner will have five (5) minutes to report to the drawing location with a valid government-issued photo ID. If the guest does not report to the drawing location within five (5) minutes, additional name(s) will be drawn until a winner is confirmed, or until the maximum amount of redraws have taken place.
• Winners understand that their photographs may be taken and used for advertising, press, and promotional purposes. Participation in the promotion implies consent for the use of these photographs by Cache Creek Casino Resort.
• Any disputes associated with the promotion shall be handled under the guidelines set out in the Cache Creek Casino Resort Patron Dispute Policy.
