Details & Rules:

• Must be a Cache Club member to participate.  
• Guests will receive a mystery Bonus Play prize by earning 2,000 Points between 11:00AM – 6:59PM on the promotional days.
• Only Points earned during this designated earning period will count toward the required Point total. All points must be earned in the same day.
• Random qualified guests who swipe will receive Official San Francisco 49ers merchandise and $1,000 Bonus Play on each promotional day.  
• Official San Francisco 49ers Merchandise will be served on a first come, first served basis.
• Winners become immediately and solely responsible for Official San Francisco 49er Merchandise once they take ownership.  
• Merchandise has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for any other prize. However, guests can elect to forfeit the merchandise prize.
• Guests are limited to one (1) swipe.
• Bonus Play will expire one (1) day from issuance if not used.
• Bonus Play has no cash value.
• Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
• Participants must be Cache Club members.
• Taxes will be withheld pursuant to IRS guidelines if applicable.
• Points, prizes, and participation are non-transferable.
• Each participant must present their valid government-issued ID before participating in any game or claiming any prize.
• Winners understand that their photographs may be taken and used for advertising, press, and promotional purposes. Participation in the promotion implies consent for the use of these photographs by Cache Creek Casino Resort.
• Any disputes associated with the promotion shall be handled under the guidelines set out in the Cache Creek Casino Resort Patron Dispute Policy.
