• Must be a Cache Club member to participate.
• Eligible patrons can earn $10 Bonus Play by completing the Duck, Duck, Win! email promotion at any of the promotion kiosks.
• The process to complete the Duck, Duck, Win! email promotion is as follows:
• Swipe at any promotion kiosks and be prompted to enter a valid email address.
• You will receive an email with a verification code.
• Enter the verification code at the promotions kiosk to verify the email address is correct.
• Once the email is confirmed, you will be awarded $10 Bonus Play at the promotion kiosk.
• Email validation code will be valid for one (1) month.
• Promotion will be valid for new email addresses or confirming current email addresses.
• Guests are limited to one (1) participation.  
• Bonus Play will be valid for seven (7) days from the time of issuance.
• Participation and prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.  
• Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
• Taxes will be withheld pursuant to IRS guidelines if applicable.
• Points, prizes, and participation are non-transferable.
• Each participant must present their valid government-issued ID before participating in any game or claiming any prize.
• Winners understand that their photographs may be taken and used for advertising, press, and promotional purposes. Participation in the promotion implies consent for the use of these photographs by Cache Creek Casino Resort.
• Any disputes associated with the promotion shall be handled under the guidelines set out in the Cache Creek Casino Resort Patron Dispute Policy.
