COVID-19 Protocols for Ticketed Concerts and Shows at Cache Creek Casino Resort

All guests must show proof of full vaccination or a negative test result (within 72 hours) before entering the Event Center.
Below are the accepted forms of vaccination verification, all of which require a matching and current government issued photo ID:
  • Vaccination card
  • Photo of vaccination card 
  • California SMART QR code

Per our property-wide mask policy, face coverings will be required for all guests, except when actively eating or drinking. 

Approved face masks: KN95, N95, cloth and surgical.
Not approved face masks: Bandanas, gaiters, and masks with ventilators.

Due to these protocols, we ask that you arrive early. This will allow us to check all guests in a timely manner, which will allow you to get to your seat faster.

What about the concerts you already postponed - do you have new dates for those shows? 
Not at this time. When we have new dates for those concerts, we will post an announcement on our website and social media channels. You will also receive an email notification if you purchased tickets previously.
Is entertainment at Cache Creek returning for good? 
We are bringing back ticketed concerts and shows in a limited capacity based on health and safety standards. As these standards change in the region, our schedule for ticketed concerts and shows will adjust accordingly.
How can I request a refund for my ticket purchase?
Ticket refunds are subject to eTix's refund policies and restrictions. The easiest way to request a ticket refund is to fill out this online form.
Are minors allowed to go to your concerts?
No, all tickets concerts and shows are limited to 21 and older patrons. You can read more about our Minor Policy here
For medical reasons, I cannot wear a mask. Can I still attend a concert at Cache Creek?
At this time masks are required to enter the casino property and all its amenities.
