Details & Rules:

• Any guest can participate by earning 1,000 points during the designated promotional period. Points can be earned over multiple days.
• To redeem, guest(s) must swipe at any Cache Club Kiosk and take the printed receipt to the Cache Club. The guest(s) will then present the receipt and a valid photo ID to claim their mask.
• Guest(s) must be present to redeem.
• Guest(s) must claim their mask on the same day they swipe to redeem on the Cache Club Kiosk.
• Guest(s) can only receive one mask per person.
• Guests become immediately and solely responsible for the masks once they take ownership. No replacements or exchanges will be permitted.
• Mask quantity is limited and is subject to availability. Masks will be issued on a first come, first served basis.
• No alternate item will be given in the event all masks are distributed.
• No rain checks will be issued.
• Masks have no cash value.
• Points, prizes, and participation are nontransferable.
• Guests acknowledge that masks are not a replacement for medical grade PPE and are intended for general public use only.
• Taxes will be withheld pursuant to IRS guidelines if applicable.
• Participants must be 21 years of age or older to be eligible.
• Participants must be Cache Club members to be eligible.
• Winners understand that their photographs may be taken and used for advertising, press, and promotional purposes. Participation in the promotion implies consent for the use of these photographs by Cache Creek Casino Resort.
• Points, prizes, and participation are nontransferable.
• Any dispute regarding the play or operation of the games associated with the promotion shall be handled under the guidelines set out in the Cache Creek Casino Resort Patron Dispute Policy.
