Every 49ers Game Day

• Earn 49 points and swipe for a chance to win a $10 Food Voucher and $10 Bonus Play!
• Starting at 12pm on every 49ers' regular season game day

Details & Rules:

• Must be a Cache Club member to participate.
• Starting at 12:00PM on each San Francisco 49ers' regular season game day, the first five hundred (500) guests to earn forty-nine (49) points and swipe at a promotions kiosk will receive a $10 Food Voucher.
• Each promotional day, forty-nine (49) random participants will also receive an additional $10 in Bonus Play.
• Points must be earned on the same day as the promotion.
• Guests can earn points towards the promotion beginning at 12:00PM each promotional day.
• Limit one participation per person, per day.
• Food Voucher expires at 11:59PM on the same day of issuance.
• Bonus Play expires one (1) day from issuance if unused.
• Participation and vouchers are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Point earning is non-transferable and cannot be combined with another guest.
• Food Voucher cannot be used for gratuity, alcohol, or tobacco.
• No change will be issued if the entirety of the voucher is not used.
• Limit one Food Voucher per guest, per day.
• No reprints of the Food Voucher will be issued if the original is damaged or lost.
• Guests must present their Cache Club card and a valid photo ID at redemption.
• In the event that a game is delayed, canceled, or re-scheduled prior to 12:00PM on the originally scheduled day, the promotion will take place on the new game day. If the re-schedule or cancelation is announced after the 12:00PM start time of the promotion, the promotion will continue as scheduled and not take place on the newly scheduled game date.
• Taxes will be withheld pursuant to IRS guidelines if applicable.
• Participants must be 21 years of age or older to be eligible.
• Participants must be Cache Club members to be eligible.
• Winners understand that their photographs may be taken and used for advertising, press, and promotional purposes. Participation in the promotion implies consent for the use of these photographs by Cache Creek Casino Resort.
• Any dispute regarding the play or operation of the games associated with the promotion shall be handled under the guidelines set out in the Cache Creek Casino Resort Patron Dispute Policy.
