Details & Rules:

• Must be a Cache Club member to participate.
• Cache Club members must be playing with their Cache Club card at the time of the drawing to qualify.
• All Cache Club members are eligible to win. No points or qualifying hands will be required.
• Purse Party Hot Seat drawings will take place Sundays, May 2, 9, 16, 23, & 30, 2021.
• Each promotional day, one (1) random guest will be selected every hour from 1:00PM - 6:00PM.
• Winners must present their Cache Club card and a current, valid photo ID before participating in any game or claiming any prize.
• In the event that the guest has an expired ID, is playing with a different guest's Cache Club card, or has left the slot machine or table game by the time a Cache Creek Casino Resort Representative approaches the selected location, the guest is disqualified and a new winner will be selected.
• Once a winner is confirmed, the guest will select one (1) Kate Spade Purse. Each Kate Spade Purse will conceal a mystery Bonus Play prize. The guest will also get to keep the Kate Spade Purse they selected.
• The Bonus Play prizes are as follows: $2,500 Bonus Play; $2,000 Bonus Play; $1,000 Bonus Play and $500 Bonus Play
• If the guest does not wish to keep the Kate Spade purse, they can opt for a $100 Bonus Play prize instead. The $100 Bonus Play prize is in addition to the mystery Bonus Play prize.
• The guest will receive the purse "as is" and becomes immediately and solely responsible for the purse once they take ownership of it. 
• No replacement will be issued if the purse becomes lost, stolen, or damaged.
• Bonus Play expires three (3) days from date of issuance.
• Participation and prizes are non-transferable.
• Taxes will be withheld pursuant to IRS guidelines if applicable.
• Participants must be 21 years of age or older to be eligible.
• Participants must be Cache Club members to be eligible.
• Bonus Play has no cash value.
• Winners understand that their photographs may be taken and used for advertising, press, and promotional purposes. Participation in the promotion implies consent for the use of these photographs by Cache Creek Casino Resort.
• Any dispute regarding the play or operation of the games associated with the promotion shall be handled under the guidelines set out in the Cache Creek Casino Resort Patron Dispute Policy.
