The health and safety of our guests and team members is our top priority.
We have been carefully monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak since it began, and that monitoring continues today. Our on-staff health professionals are working closely with local, state, and national authorities, so that we have the latest information as the situation evolves.
We have implemented the following measures to reduce the risks of COVID-19:
- Increased our already rigorous schedules for cleaning and sanitizing, with additional attention to surfaces that are touched most often.
- Installed additional hand sanitizer stations for guest convenience.
- We are providing sanitizing wipes for guest access.
- Most importantly, we are heightening awareness and monitoring among staff for symptoms of illness. If any is detected, relevant employees will be directed to stay home.
We understand that you may still have concerns. We have waived any penalty for guests wishing to cancel or alter their hotel reservations at this time. It is important to us that you make the best decision for yourself and your visit. If you do want to change your plans, consider coming back and seeing us another time.
It's worth noting that the head of our county's health department is not currently recommending that we close or limit gaming operations.
