Details & Rules:

• Must be a Cache Club member to participate.
• Non-invited guests who earn 3,000 points playing table games or slot machines may come to the giveaway desk and redeem a giveaway item during the same promotional period points are earned. Invited guests will not be able to earn a second item.
• Once the 3,000 points are earned, guests must swipe at any promotions kiosk to collect their receipt. They must then bring that receipt along with a valid ID to the giveaway desk for redemption.
• Points must be earned on the same calendar day, and guests must swipe at any promotions kiosk the same day as earned.
• Guests are limited to 1 (one) earned gift per promotional week.
• Earning period will begin at 12:00AM on Mondays and will end at 11:59PM on Tuesdays.
• Giveaway dates:
  • Week 1: January 4 - January 5
  • Week 2: January 11 - January 12
  • Week 3: January 18 - January 19
  • Week 4: January 25 - January 26
• Items will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. While supplies last. Quantity limited to the first 400 guests.
• No rain checks or alternative gifts will be given.
• Guest must present valid photo ID at redemption.
• Taxes will be withheld pursuant to IRS guidelines if applicable.
• Participants must be 21 years of age or older to be eligible.
• Winners understand that their photographs may be taken and used for advertising, press, and promotional purposes. Participation in the promotion implies consent for the use of these photographs by Cache Creek Casino Resort.
• Any disputes associated with the promotion shall be handled under the guidelines set out in the Cache Creek Casino Resort Patron Dispute Policy.
• Management reserves all rights.
