Cash Fortune Jackpots

Rules

 July 6 – August 8, 2010

 

  • The Cash Fortune Jackpots begin 2 p.m. on July 6, with the final jackpot awarded at   8 p.m. on August 8.
  • The Cash Fortune Jackpots are random jackpots starting at 2 p.m. and then hitting every hour, with Midnight being the final daily jackpot.
  • Every Cash Fortune Jackpots winner, from July 6 to August 7, is awarded $500.
  • On August 8 the Cash Fortune Jackpots will be $8,800 awards, and will hit every hour, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.   The final jackpot on this day will be at 8 p.m.
  • Slot games, Poker, and table games players are eligible.  Cash Fortune Jackpots are available on any denomination slot machine, Poker and table games.
  • Winners of the Cash Fortune Jackpots must be actively in play with their Cache Club card properly inserted to be eligible.
  • The Cash Fortune Jackpots are random jackpots selected electronically and are not based on a "winning hand" or specific combinations of reel symbols, etc. 
  • Cache Creek staff will award the promotional payout at the winning machine or table. A winner’s Cache Club card and valid identification must be presented to claim award.
  • The Cash Fortune Jackpots will be paid via TITO (Ticket in – Ticket out) from July 6 to August 7.
  • The Cash Fortune Jackpots awarded on August 8, will be paid by the Cage.
  • All prizes are non transferable.
  • Winners understand that their photographs may be taken and used for advertising, press, and promotional purposes. Participation in the promotion implies consent for the use of these photographs by Cache Creek Casino Resort.

 

General Rules

 

  • Taxes will be withheld pursuant to IRS guidelines if applicable.
  • Participants must be 21 years of age or older to be eligible.
  • Participants must be Cache Club members to be eligible.
  • Any dispute regarding the play or operation of the games associated with the Cash Fortune Jackpots promotion shall be handled under the guidelines set out in the Cache Creek Casino Resort Patron Dispute Policy.
