Loco Express is a quick-serve, fresh Mexican-themed eatery featuring made-to-order burritos, soft corn or flour shell tacos, quesadillas and salads made with fresh chicken, shredded beef, shrimp, tofu and fish that is representative of the Baja, California region of Mexico. Located in the Food Court.

Nachos:
crispy tortilla strips covered with melted cheese, refried beans, olives, jalapeňos, sour cream, fresh guacamole, and salsa add chicken or beef for an additional charge

Ceviche Tostada:
fresh shrimp with fresh squeezed lime, tomatoes, onions, chili peppers, cilantro, and avocado served over a crispy corn tortilla

Flautas:
