Kung Fu Fat's features a menu paying homage to five distinct Pacific Rim cuisines: Mandarin, Cantonese, Szechwan, Vietnamese, and Korean. Dishes are prepared in the exhibition-style kitchen which includes a hanging duck display and noodle station. The tempting selection of authentic cuisines are superbly prepared and presented, highlighting a delightful and delicious dining experience.

Themes throughout the Asian-style bistro include the Monkey Bar, Dragon Room, Forbidden City, Emperor's Palace, the outdoor Bamboo Terrace and tropical-forest-shrouded Tiger's Den.

Kung Fu Fat is Cache Creek's fictional superhero, a high-kicking action Buddha whose six-foot golden statue poses over the whimsical setting of the café. He's joined by the Monkey King character and a 35-foot iron and copper dragon sculpture, set amidst regional, entertaining backdrops.
